Terms and Conditions of sale
As is traditional in limited edition pieces, the price for the sculpture is dynamic and will increase at NGV’s absolute discretion as the sculpture sells and the number of pieces available for purchase decreases.
Terms of sale (the ‘Terms’) must be signed to secure a sculpture edition. By signing and completing the Terms, you secure a sculpture at the price set out in the Terms (the ‘Price’) for a period of ten (10) business days from the date the signed Terms are received by the NGV. The Price is inclusive of GST.
If full payment of the Price has not been received by the NGV within (10) business days the Terms expire, meaning:
(a) the sculpture will be made available for sale; and
(b) the Price will be void and will be subject to increases at NGV’s absolute discretion.
You must make a single and full payment of the Price by:
(a) paying with your credit card; or
(b) EFT payment to NGV’s bank account (details to be provided upon request).
