Turrin Designs - Orange Lantern, Large

This large orange lantern by Turrin Designs is a textural and sculptural delight. 

Turrin Designs is by Joseph Turrin, based in Sydney. Drawing inspiration from nature, textiles and the history of ceramics, Turrin’s ceramic practice involves experimentation with a variety of form, colour and texture. Turrin’s approach to making is playful in manner with clay coil-building the predominant technique used. Turrin is the inaugural winner of the 2021 Bluethumb Art Prize for Sculpture and was also the winner of the Royal Doulton & UNSW ART and Design Award during his time studying at the University of New South Wales.
