Kate Mitchell is a multi-disciplinary artist based in Auckland, New Zealand, known for her handmade colourful glassware and jewellery. Since graduating from Elam School of Fine Arts, she has been working with both cast and blown glass. Influenced by the colours and forms she comes across in her everyday life, Mitchell’s work and colour palette reflect her inspiration. Her pieces are fun, functional artworks, each unique in their distinctive form and palette.
